As the president of Leader Settlement Services in Radnor, Pennsylvania, James J. Vassallo, Jr., draws upon 20 years of experience as a licensed title agent. His daily responsibilities revolve around the preparation and review of real estate documents such as titles, leases, contracts, insurance policies, and affidavits. Before assuming his present position in 2012, James J. Vassallo, Jr., served more than a decade with Settlement Escrow and Abstract Solutions in Springfield, Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.

James J. Vassallo, Jr., lives roughly 30 minutes away from downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in Voorhees Township, New Jersey. In his free time, he enjoys writing and powerlifting. Mr. Vassallo celebrates his Italian heritage as an active board member of the American Friends of Italy. He also has a history of community service as both an assistant coach with Lansing Knights Youth Baseball and a mock trial instructor with Stroudsburg High School.
